We are a laughing, rejoicing, praying, working, eating, connected congregation. We believe that God's love for us is reflected in all that we say and do in our lives.
Our worship is traditional Presbyterian style. The doors to the sanctuary are open to all who are seeking fellowship. We meet at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday mornings for Worship. On Wednesday evenings we have a potluck and fellowship time from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
It's beautiful out here in the country. Many of us drive from the city to this special place established on top of a hill overlooking Madison County, Kentucky. There are cows grazing in the pasture surrounding the church. Red-winged blackbirds flit across the parking lot to the pond across the road. Here in this place we discover ourselves in community with God.
Together we seek God's guidance as we explore our connection with the community that surrounds us. We stay connected through various commissions of Transylvania Presbytery and our National General Assembly, Presbyterian Youth Triennium, and our beloved Burnamwood Camp and Conference Center outside Irvine, Kentucky.
We are glad that you have checked out our website as we are the only Presbyterian Church (USA) in Berea, Kentucky. Now won't you come out and visit with us?
May God's abiding grace fill your hearts with wonder and your minds with a commitment to serving Christ.
Grace and peace,
Reverend Wanda B. Olive
